Stress Management
1. Start looking at positive aspects of life and focus on positive rather than negative as much as possible. The only reality is the present moment and cherish the life by paying attention to it and not ignoring it with unnecessary mind chatter which fogs the present moment.
4. Exercise moderately which brings down adrenaline that has been pumped by adrenal glands as a stress response. If this is not brought down, it keeps harming the body. Exercise also triggers the release of growth hormone and endorphins bringing in a sense of balance.

1can you recover with just adrenal extracts or glandulars?

2It is always better to address the health in a comprehensive manner. If raw materials for the adrenals are provided like Vitamin C, B vitamins, Coenzymes etc. there is a better hope for full recovery mode without dependency on external adrenal extracts. Also, the safety and purity issues can be a concern when using animal extracts such as mad cow disease etc. unless a reputed manufacturer with excellent ethical standards is selected who follows rigorous purity practices.
